GCSE GRADES & BOUNDARIES

At school, all students are given " Target Grades"  as a guide to what they should be aspiring to achieve at G.C.S.E but many ask "What mark do I need to get a ... ? "

There are 3 papers and each is out of 80 possible marks, giving an overall possible total of 240 marks.

It must be stated that the boundares between grades are not set in stone and they shift each year, depending upon the performance of that year's exam takers.
